The Sarasota Christian School Blazers picked up their second win of the season in convincing fashion. The Blazers won with a final score of 57-26. The offense was lead by
Colton Loftus, who had school record of 5 total touchdowns. Foundation played tough, but the Blazers offense was too much to handle.
Austin Kerle rushed for 172 yards on the night while
Ben Milliken completed 13 of 19 pass for 276 yards and 5 TDs.
Daniel Jacinto lead the defense with 12 total tackles and
Carson Spenn recorded two tackles for loss as the Blazers only gave up 274 yards while gaining 500.
Travis Miller and
Noah Spenn each recorded interceptions at teh Blazers won the turnover battle.Â
Isaiah Ledford now leads the state in kicker points,
Colton Loftus leads the state in receiving yards with
Travis Miller in a close second.
Ben Milliken is the first player to surpass 1,000 passing yards in the state. Sarasota Christian had a big crowd that also contributed in the big win. The Blazers look to get to .500 when they take on Academy at teh Lakes.Â
