Parent and Fan Philosophy

Parents and fans play a critical role in athletics, but often in today's culture, we miss the real goal of athletics - to be transformational in the lives of students.

There are four roles in every athletic contest:

1. Athlete
2. Official
3. Coach
4. Fan

You can only do one.

We want our fans to be loud, positive and encouraging. We want them to support our team and coaches. We want them to model poise and confidence. We want them to have an eternal view of how the season can impact the athletes. When it is all over, win or lose, we want them to express to our athletes that they loved watching them play and that their value is not found on the scoreboard, but in who they are in Christ. Our identity is not in what we do, but in who Christ is and the resulted transformational power that He can bring into our lives.
