Friday night had a little bit of everything and was an outstanding high school football game. The Blazers simply ran out of time as they trailed on the scoreboard 35-34.
The Blazers mounted an impressive drive to take the lead with less than two minutes to play but a great kickoff return by Keswick gave them a short field. The defense could not come up with the stop.
Justin Brock was recognized for his efforts in every phase of the game by the
Herald Tribune. The senior had an INT on defense, 70 TD catch, 27 yard TD pass on offense and rushed for a first down on a fake punt.
