The Blazers got off to a slow start and had trouble finding the endzone all night as they fell to Cambridge Christian 13-45.
Ben Milliken set a school record with 408 yards passing on 30 completions.
Justin Brock caught 11 of those for 206 yards and a TD. The Blazers put together several long drives but could not get points on the board. The defense was depleted by injuries and illness and struggled to stop the passing attack of the Lancers.
Alex Basilio-Dominguez lead the defense with 10 tackles and
Peyton Gray added 7.
The Blazers will host the Thunder from ODA next week on Friday at 7pm. ODA won last year in a thrilling game that came down to the end. ODA is 3-1 on the year while the Blazers are 3-2. It is elementary cheer night along with the cross town rivalry it should be a packed house for a great football game.
