The Blazer Boys Tennis team started out with a rough match-up in 1's Doubles, facing off against #2 seed Pine View with a total UTR above 18. Preston Hedge and Sebastian Negron worked hard, but couldn't make up for the experience and discipline of the Pine View duo, falling 6-0 6-0. Blazer 2 Doubles duo Warren Yoder and Shawn Georgiades fared slightly better in their match-up against #4 seed Admiral Farragut, but couldn't come through with the win as they too fell 6-1 6-3.

With doubles done for the day, the Blazers took to the courts in singles competition. 1's singles Preston Hedge matched up against Saint Stephen's and couldn't keep up as he fell 6-0 6-0. Sebastian Negron battled against Cardinal Mooney and also couldn't get things rolling, dropping the match 6-1 6-1. Shawn Georgiades had a tough task ahead of him as he faced #1 seed Pine View, but couldn't take a game in the match, losing 6-0 6-0. Warren Yoder took the fours spot for the Blazers, heading into the tournament with a #3 seed and facing Cardinal Mooney. After a tough fight in the first set, Yoder ended up falling 6-3 6-1 in the match.
