Coach Heinbaugh is a 1977 graduate of Defiance College in Ohio with a degree in Physical Education and Health. Went on to Cleveland State and Kent St. University to earn my Masters in Special Education and Vocational Education. The majority of his years in education were spent at Berea High School in Berea, Ohio. Of teh 35 years he spent teaching at least 30 of those years he was coaching multiple sports teams; including football , basketball ( both boys and girls) and baseball. Paul and his wife Nancy moved to Sarasota in April of 2024. They are heavily involved in numerous ministries at their church (Renewal) here in Sarasota. They have three daughters and a son who currently live in Ohio. Coach Heinbaugh enjoys golfing, fishing and biking along with mentoring young men on many occasions.
