Kenny Sorensen joins the volleyball coaching staff this season. He was a multi-sport college athlete who played 2 years of NCAA DIII volleyball and 1 year of DIII baseball at Eastern Nazarene College. He was a top hitter in the Great Northeast Athletic Conference for two years, garnering multiple all-team and all-conference player of the week awards, as well as, one national player of the week award. He believes hard work and discipline in competitive sports translates to the classroom and everyday life. He will be teaching MS science as a long term substitute at SCS this year.
