Noah Schaub

Noah Schaub, a native of Green, Ohio, brings experience as both a collegiate coach and accomplished student-athlete. He most recently served as an assistant track and field/cross country coach at Wright State University from 2023–2026, working primarily with men’s cross country, distance, and middle-distance athletes. During that time, he coached nine school-record performances and 22 All-Horizon League honorees.

Before his time at Wright State, Schaub was the head men’s cross country coach and head track and field recruiting coordinator at Malone University from 2021 until 2023, where he coached eight National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA) All-Americans and helped lead Malone student-athlete, Max Gucker to the 2022 NCAA Cross Country Championship in Seattle, Washington.

As a student-athlete, Schaub was a two-time First Team All-Mid-American Conference (MAC) performer in cross country, a 2021 NCAA Division II All-American in the 3,000-meter steeplechase, and a four-time Great Midwest Athletic Conference individual champion. He was also recognized with the 2019 Mid-American Conference Medal of Excellence for his achievements in academics, athletics, and service.

He earned his bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and minor in Nutrition from Bowling Green State University in 2019 and his master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Malone University in 2022. He and his fiancée, Jordan Grant, will be married in June 2026.

Noah serves as an assistant AD along with being the head coach for both the Cross Country Team and the Track and Field Team.
