The Lady Blazers hosted the TCA Lady Patriots last night. It was a big night for the Lady Patriots, as it was originally scheduled to be played at their home court. Communities grow together through hardships, and that showed last night. Due to the lasting impacts of Hurricane Ian, the Lady Patriots could not play the game at home. Instead, the game was played on the home court of the Lady Blazers. The night was still treated as a senior night, and the Lady Blazers honored the Lady Patriots by giving them flowers before the game. All of the ceremonies before the game did not affect either teams play. The Lady Patriots came out strong, taking the first two sets of the match. The Lady Patriots entered the third set with all momentum imaginable. Despite this, the Lady Blazers fought hard, taking the third set. Now trailing 2-1, the Lady Blazers showed fight. They took the following two sets, winning the match 3-2, in an incredible fashion. The heart of the Lady Blazers showed through this match, and they will not let anything hold them back.
