Sarasota Christian School

• Tryouts: Monday, July 28 and Tuesday, July 29 from 4 to 6 p.m.
• First Game: August 19
• End of Season: October 14 is the start of the state playoffs and they can continue into November
• Practices: Beginning August 11th practice times are as follows - M, T, TH, F 4 to 6 p.m.; Wed 3:30 to 5:30 (aside from game days) After tryouts and prior to the 11th practices will vary based on gym availability. 
• Practice Location: Gym
• Games: Generally, Tuesday and Thursday with some Friday and Saturday tournaments
• Needed Equipment for Practice: Volleyball shoes and kneepads
• Roster Size: Varsity 12, JV 8 to 12
• Head Coach: Julio Cruz

Middle School

• First Practice/Tryout Day: Thursday, August 7 from 3:15 to 5:00pm
• First Game: August 19
• End of Season: October 9
• Practices: Beginning August 11th practice times are as follows - M, T, TH, F 3:15 to 4:30pm (aside from game days); MS will not typically practice on Wednesday
• Practice Location: Gym
• Games: Typically Tuesdays and Thursdays
• Needed Equipment for Practice: Volleyball shoes and kneepads
• Roster Size: 20-30 (MS has two teams based on skill level)
• C Team: A third team may be formed if there is enough interest.
  • Practices: Saturdays, August 16 through September 20 from 9:00 to 11:00am.
  • At the end of the season, the C team will play against the B team.
