The Lady Blazers soccer team suffered a loss at the hands of the Dr. Kiran C. Patel Lady Trail Blazers, Tuesday night. The Lady Trail Blazers got off to a hot start, scoring 4 in the first 10 minutes of the game. The girls settled down after that, with a 40 minute break from scoring. With 30 minutes remaining in the game, the Lady Trail Blazers struck again, taking a 5-0 lead. Two more goals quickly followed, giving the Lady Trail Blazers a 7-0 lead. Madelyn Ledford were honored for senior night. The two girls have given their all to the team this year, both stepping up not only as great players, but also leaders for this Lady Blazers team. The girls will now prepare for the SSAC Tournament this weekend, with their opening matchup being against the Foundation Christian Panthers Friday night.
