34 girls basketball teams from across the state will meet in Winter Haven for the Sunshine State Athletic Association state tournament. The Lady Blazers will be the 3 seed in the 2A bracket and will take on Winthrop College Prep, on Friday, January 19th at 10:00AM on court 6 at the Advent Field House (210 Cypress Gardens Blvd SW, 33880) in Winter Haven. The other two teams in the pool include Bell Creek (1) and Boca Raton Christian (4). The Lady Blazers will finish the tournament on Saturday, January 20th at 10:30AM. The Saturday opponent will be determined by Friday's game outcome.  Tickets can be purchased in advance through the S2 Pass app or website. Tickets are $12 through the app or $15 cash at the door. Go Blazers!
