The Sarasota Christian Ladies (5-2-1) have won their fourth straight contest with a 1-0 win over Lakewood Ranch Preparatory Academy.

The game's only goal came from a Liv McCoy free kick strike within the first 15 minutes of the match. Brooklyn Loftus made 5 saves in confident form as the Blazers have now earned their third straight shutout.

The one goal was all the Blazer's needed as the stingy defense kept collectively kept Lakewood Ranch Prep off the board. 

Coach Dikranian remarked on the team's performance, "Our team and leaders have been great. I've got to really commend this group of girls. We've won some games this season of larger margin, but to win a gutsy one with a playoff atmosphere will be a staple for us come January."

Sarasota Christian plays its last match before a semester break at home next Monday, December 16th (5pm) versus The Classical Academy.
