The Blazer Boys Soccer team hosted Senior Night on Tuesday night as they took on the Babcock Ranch High School Trailblazers. On a night honoring and celebrating the senior Blazers, they finished the celebration with a shutout of the Trailblazers 4-0. The Blazers would get the scoring started in the 30th minute as Senior
Cristian Sadelson (10) would take the ball and head down the left sideline before finding
Eli Ford inside the penalty area with a beautiful pass. Ford would be tackled from behind, earning the Blazers a penalty kick. Sadelson would take the kick and bury it into the corner of the net to go up 1-0. The Blazers would get another Senior goal a minute later as the Blazers led a great offensive attack
Owen Donato would recover the ball after a cross from
Jack Campbell was blocked and floated across the goal. Donato found the feet of
Nathan D'Alonzo, who one touched the ball to Senior
Jack Ford. Ford (1), scored his first goal of the year after touching the ball past the defender and drilling it past the goalkeeper and into the goal to make the score 2-0 in a matter of minutes. The game would remain 2-0 until the 33rd minute of the second half as both defenses played a great second half.
Owen Donato would lead the break down the left sideline before dropping the ball off to
Cristian Sadelson near the penalty area. Sadelson would get his fourth assist of the season as he'd find the feet of
Jack Campbell (6) right in front of the goal and Campbell would knock it past the goalkeeper to go up 3 goals to none. The Blazers would get their fourth goal of the game a few minutes later as the Trailblazers failed to clear the ball out of their penalty area and the ball found
Jack Ford. Ford (2) would get his second goal of the night and season as he'd take a touch and fire a shot into the goal to push the Blazers to the 4-0 lead.
The Blazers will head to Saint Stephen's Episcopal School to closeout their 2025-26 season against the Falcons on Thursday evening.
