Venice High came into town on Tuesday evening for a boys volleyball match-up with the Blazers. In one of the tightest games for the Blazers all season, the Blazers were able to come out on top 3-1 (25-21, 23-25, 25-22, 25-21). In a game where neither team could work towards more than a five point lead the entire way, the Blazers had to use a combination of slick serving and strong net play to come away with the victory.
Cale Zeltwanger had 14 Kills and 3 Blocks to lead the way for the Blazers.
Noah Spenn added 11 Kills and 2 Aces.
Travis Miller had a team high hitting percentage at 28% for his 8 Kills.
Carson Fulcher had 5 Kills and
Tait Zeltwanger had 4 and a block.
Justice Muse also added an Ace on the night.
