Blazer Volleyball hosted The Classical Academy of Sarasota on Monday evening for a match-up with the Patriots. In set one, the Blazers pushed out to an early lead, 9-3, before the Patriots got themselves back into the set at 12-9. But the Blazers would score the next point and Ryan Donlin would take to the service line and serve ten straight points for the Blazers, making the lead thirteen and allowing the Blazers to cruise to the end of the set, winning it 25-13. In set two, the Blazers pushed out to the early lead once again at 13-2 and then increased the lead to their biggest set lead of the night at 20-6 before finished the set 25-13 to take the two set lead. Set three was identical to set two as the Blazers would push out to a 14-1 lead to begin the set before taking the 3-0 match win at 25-11. Donlin led the way with 16 kills and 8 aces, while Selah Spenn added 9 kills and Hallee Volkert dished out 20 assists.

The Blazers head to Tampa on Tuesday night to battle the Lancers from Cambridge Christian.
