Philosophy:
In Cross Country, we believe that positive feedback, truth telling and encouraging students is the best route to help runners reach their potential. We want every runner to be the best version of themselves throughout the season. We are aware that runners will develop their skill level at different rates and the coach will assess and come up with an individual plan for the student as well as a team plan for success.
The overall goal is to teach our team to be Christ-Centered Believers out on the course, to reach their potential and to execute our strategy for success as a team successfully.
