Blazer Boys Volleyball invited Keswick Christian down for a regular season match up with the Crusaders on Thursday evening. The Blazers took all three sets, beating the Crusaders 25-15, 25-20, 25-17, to take the best of five match.
Cale Zeltwanger and
Noah Spenn led the way at the net, with Zeltwanger sending down 14 kills, while Spenn added 11.
Travis Miller (5 kills),
Tait Zeltwanger (5 kills), and
Carson Fulcher (4 kills), each added good numbers at the net. Tait led the way in dishing out assists with 10 total, while Spenn and Cale both setup 9 kills each. The Blazers had 35 digs on the night, with Cale (10),
Colton Loftus (8) and Miller (7) leading things in the defensive back row. Up front, the Blazers blocked 5 hits for points, led by Spenn with 2. Spenn and Cale both had strong serving nights with four aces.
The Blazers are back on the court Friday evening against Palm Grove Christian at 5pm.
