Registration is now open for Blazers Strong which is our cutting edge training to develop, speed strength and explosiveness. We are using the latest training techniques from industry leaders, college an high level high school strength coaches and continue to add to our weight room to meet the challenges. This year we have added laser timing for speed and verticil, velocity based training in the weight room, additional equipment like Tsunami Bars and other training aids, additional racks and weights all in an effort to make our program a leader in sports performance. We are not done growing yet and have a goal to have 100 athletes working out this summer.
Our goal is that every athlete at SCS will have the opportunity to be the best version of themselves that they can be. We have added separate sessions for boys and girls and included more opportunities for middle school athletes. All the registration fees are used to purchase additional equipment for the weight room. The program will be lead by Head Strength Coach Robbie Lyons with assistance from at least 6 other SCS coaches.

HS Athletes* - $75
June 1 - July 23
Monday through Thursday each week
Boys: 8:00am - 9:30am
Girls: 8:30am - 10am
Wednesday will include leadership training at some point during the session.
*Any athlete that is anticipating on a HS team (ex: JV football) should come to the HS workout sessions.
MS Athletes (Grades 6th - 8th not on a high school team) - $50
