The middle school volleyball season came to an end last week as the A team finished second in the MAC2 championship. The team came together one last time to compete in a scrimmage between the B and C teams with help from the A team. Both teams played well in a back and forth game that went three sets. It was a fun event followed by food and awards. Here are the awards for the MS Lady Blazers.
For the A team, a girl who showed the most spirit was Sarah Leclair. Her positive attitude on and off the court helped the blazers keep the right mindset. The girl who continued to improve her craft, and won most improved is Chloe Cooper! The Blazer award goes to someone who showed what it meant to be a Blazer on and off the court, congrats to Linlee Mayer for winning the Blazer award! And last but not least, the player who gave it their all the MVP of the 2022 season is Hannah Bryan! Congrats to the Middle School A team for a great season.
Now for your B team. Your lady blazer with the most school spirit is Isabella Silva! The Blazer who continued to work on their skill and faith on and off the court, congrats to Samantha Curtis for winning Most Improved! The girl who received the Blazer award is Natalie Fullerton! And for the MVP, congratulations to Natalie Fernandez de Castro! The Lady Blazers have had a very successful season and the future of SCS volleyball is looking bright.Â
