On Friday, the Blazers basketball team faced off with the Canterbury Crusaders. The team has been struck with adversity in many ways this year. The Blazers Varsity team played tough in the game but ended up with a loss. However, the JV boys basketball team defeated the Crusaders in convincing fashion. Freshman Colton Loftus has been their leading scorer averaging 19 points per game. In the Canterbury game he led the team with 20 points in their 64-23 win.
