The Boys Blazers Basketball team delivered one of its strongest seasons under Head Coach Kevin Bruisnmas in his seven years with the program. Finishing with an impressive 18–11 record, the team achieved several standout milestones along the way.

Among the highlights were two victories over Bradenton Christian in the same season, a thrilling game-tying layup followed by an overtime win against 5A Bayshore, and a hard-fought District Championship victory over a talented Keswick squad. The Blazers also secured a first-round win in the regional tournament, capping off a memorable postseason run.

This success was truly a team effort, with every player contributing to the season's accomplishments. Their performance was further recognized with four players earning spots on Sarasota's All-Area teams.

Ben Milliken, a cornerstone of the program throughout his four-year career at SCS, was named First Team All-Area after averaging 15 points, 4 rebounds, and 1.6 steals per game, while surpassing 1,500 career points. Justin Brock earned Second Team All-Area honors, averaging 9.5 points, 5.1 assists, and 1.5 steals per game, and serving as a key leader at point guard. Drew Sirianni and Noah Spenn both received Honorable Mention All-Area recognition, with their contributions playing a significant role in the Blazers' success.
