The Sarasota Christian Lady Blazers took on the Riverview Rams in a preseason volleyball match last night. The Lady Blazers showed spirit, fighting back in the 3rd set to keep the game going, with a 26-24 set win. Despite their heart and spirit, they were unable to close out the Rams, and fell 3-1. Senior Bella Bogacz led the way with 26 digs. The Lady Blazers showed hope for a strong future, with Sophomore Olivia McCoy's 3 aces. The Lady Blazers continue to show improvement throughout the preseason, and are excited for the regular season to begin. Hopes are high, as they will take on the Bayshore Bruins on Thursday, August 25 at home to open the regular season.
