Sarasota Christian continued their 6 game winning streak by beating Booker High 19-4. The team had 8 total hits. Selah Spenn and Bralyn Yoder both had 2 while Dakota Guerrero, Giada Down, Brooklyn Loftus, and Regan Volkert had 1 each. Spenn ripped a ball down the left field line giving herself another inside the park homerun. Kinsley Grieser pitched all 4 innings allowing only 1 hit. Out of the 22 batters faced she struck out 8. The Lady Blazers will be back in action Tuesday night to close out the regular season at Saint Stephen's. SCS is 11-5 on the season and currently ranked 2nd in their district. The FHSAA District Tournament will start on April 28.
