The 2026 Herald Tribune Softball All-Area Teams are out and the Blazers placed one on the second team and two Blazers received honorable mentions.
Selah Spenn led the team in extra base hits (8), RBI's (21) and tied for first in SB (15), while maintaining a .464 batting average (3rd). Behind the plate, she gunned down 11 base stealers, while leading the team to an 11-8 record, earning second team honors with the Herald Tribune during her sophomore season.
Brooklyn Loftus (10th) and
Kinsley Grieser (9th) were also stand outs, both taking the ball in the circle for the Blazers. Loftus tallied 82 strikeouts in 78.2 innings pitched, while Grieser notched 25 K's in 17.0 IP. At the plate, Loftus hit .375 with 5 extra base hits, 16 RBI's (t-2nd) and scored 23 runs (2nd), while Grieser batted .317 with 9 RBI's and 11 runs scored. In the field, both maintained a .900+ fielding percentage
