The Blazers Baseball team played Bradenton Christian on Tuesday, March 18th, with the game tied 0-0 going into the top of the 6th inning. Will Papineau hit an RBI triple, putting the Blazers ahead 1-0. The Panthers had bases loaded in the bottom of the 6th, but Rowen Baum made a key play, limiting the damage to just one run and tying the game 1-1. The game went into extra innings, and the Blazers were able to score 6 runs, ultimately winning 7-1. Randall Collins pitched 6 innings, giving up 1 walk and striking out 10 batters. With this win, the Blazers are 2-0 against Bradenton Christian this season, the first time in 10 years. The next game will be on Friday, March 21st, against Imagine School at North Port.
